Our exchange and return policy ensures a fair and secure experience for customers who purchase from our store. All products are covered against manufacturing defects. Below, we detail the conditions for exchanges, returns, and refunds, along with procedures for specific situations.
Exchanges
If the product has a manufacturing defect or was received incorrectly, we cover the return shipping costs and all expenses for sending the correct item to the customer. To request an exchange, please contact us, providing detailed photos of the product, shipping labels, and any other relevant information.
Return and Exchange Procedure
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, one different from your order, or simply wish to return it for personal reasons, please follow the steps below to request an exchange or return:
Product Conditions:
- The product must show no signs of use.
- It must be returned with all original packaging, including tags and any accessories.
- The customer must package the product securely to prevent damage during transport.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept exchanges for products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
- Please consult the size chart on the product page to avoid incorrect size selection.
- Tags must remain attached to the product. Removing them will void the return or exchange request.
Exchange and Return Request Period
Requests for exchanges or returns can be made within 30 days of product delivery, whether due to defects, incorrect items, size, or personal reasons.
If the request is due to a manufacturing defect or store error, we will cover all related shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons or size selection, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Resolution Options
Once approved, you may choose one of the following options:
- Receive an identical replacement product.
- Select a product of similar value available in our store.
- Request a full refund.
Return and Refund
If you wish to return the product, you may do so within 30 days of receipt, regardless of the reason. All returns must comply with the conditions outlined above.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The product tag must not be removed.
- Products returned without prior communication, outside the allowable period, or without tags and invoice will be sent back to the customer.
Refund Conditions
- For credit card payments, our financial department will process the refund within 14 business days through the card operator. Depending on the billing cycle, the return of the credit may take up to 120 days.
- For bank transfer refunds, the amount will be credited to the buyer’s account within 10 business days after approval.
